After reading the reviews, I decided to write one from my own experience. A while ago I ordered a great deal of the Acid cigars. The delivery ended up at an unknown address. Called customer service. The gentleman that I spoke with apologized numerous times. My NEW shipment was at my house the next day with extra cigars & a wonderful discount for my next order. C I used to be my go to but their customer service and Cigars have gone downhill. Most cigars come dry and they don’t email updates to shipping anymore. I guess when you get big you don’t care about quality or customer service.

Ordered package and sent to girlfriends address. The package never came. I called in to verify information and they told me I had to be added to an account I did not have. This is a scam.

Their customer service is declining. No loyalty program for loyal customer - worse yet, they don't let loyal customers take advantage of discount codes on their site more than one time because they are only interested in building a new client base. When asked about a loyalty program, they offered me some third-party paid program - WHAT? No thanks.... And now they are starting to bait and switch on shipping methods??
