I was there sharply at 6:30 and the lady at the front desk was pleasant and very accommodating, and answered all my questions The individuals that I had the most interaction with: Anna was extremely proficient, very professional and comforting as to what the procedure entailed. She also answered all my questions which helped relieve some of my anxieties. Sam was a very friendly face and exuded competence. Last time I was in the ICU he was one of the nurses that not only took care of me, but put up with my truculent attitude ... read more
