Went to this clinic to schedule imaging. The front desk person who handled my papers treated me with disinterest. No smile, no welcome. Very indifferent and I had to pry basic information out of her about what I needed to do to get insurance processed. The Cigarroas have less than impressive representation at their Heart and Vascular institute facility inside Laredo Medical Center. Dr. Sosa himself is a fantastic doctor, but the office makes it impossible to give the clinic a good review. You can't get through on the phone, the nurse doesn't come in until 11am to check messages and rarely calls back, and today I showed up for my appointment made for 6pm that *they* made as I exited my last appointment - I'm including a scan of the card because I'm so annoyed- and the door was locked and I was told they were closed. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend the clinic or services. I am the patient and I can choose my physician. Obviously everyone has the exact same opinion about this office. Same issue there is no structure or order to patient care. They required me to be fasting for an exam which I then had to wait 4 additional hours. I don’t recommend it.
Worst service EVER!!! I don’t recommend it. obviously patient care is not a priority in this place. Especially when the staff is having a bad day and it is transcended through their facial expressions. Plus no ONE person can provide you with a straight answer about why they take SO LONG to run a simple test.
