We have been waiting for 5 hours with no food or medication for my mother. This was a terrible appointment!
Im so mad with this clinic!! It a one hour drive from where we come . We get here minutes earlier , appointment was at 4:00 pm. We get here and the receptionist says your appointment is till 5:00 . I showed her the appointment card and she just didnt care !!!! A day before they had donde something like this , thats why they rescheduled us again today !! Time lost and money wise !!
They treat me great
Went to this clinic to schedule imaging. The front desk person who handled my papers treated me with disinterest. No smile, no welcome. Very indifferent and I had to pry basic information out of her about what I needed to do to get insurance processed. The Cigarroas have less than impressive representation at their Heart and Vascular institute facility inside Laredo Medical Center.
