I had a great "experience" Very friendly environment. I was taken care of immediately and given some cigar knowledge as well. I will definitely go back! I appreciate the time and advice I was given to make my selections. They have a great variety and I was able to acquire exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 recommend.

This place is called cigar experience, because it truly is an experience. This is the third time traveling from Windsor Ontario to Niagara Falls with intention to stop here. Today the man working made me a quality espresso while I was picking out my cigars. If you smoke cigars and are ever in the Niagara region I definitely recommend stopping into this cigar shop.
I came in here for a gift for my groomsmen and was wowed by the experience - the gentleman at the front that had to be the owner - walked me around and gave me options and price points of what I was looking for He wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything and made the experience informative and very enjoyable He even gave me some parting gifts for my wedding Would highly recommend this place
This is the best cigar store in Niagara Falls. Visited August 1, 2026. The prices are fair, the selection is good, but it's the customer service that really shines. Michael is an extremely nice person who goes out of his way to make you happy. I highly suggest the Casa Turrent 1880 Maduro. Was fantastic at a mid range price point. Don't bother buying cigars on Clifton Hill, just don't. My advice, if coming by car, or by Go Transit, is visit here first then smoke your cigar later.
