Great experience with CIG Construction. Their staff and crew are very professional. They were able to provide their expert opinion and provide options for the roof on my commercial building in ******. We ultimately went with a reinforced roof coating instead of tearing off the existing roof. The roof is not leaking any more and I don't have to worry about tenants calling me.
CIG Construction is a great company. We work with Mike and he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He had to do the inspection with our Insurance adjuster more than once and he always made the time to be at our house. The work was done in one day and they provided all the information to our insurance in a timely manner to help us recover the depreciation portion. We are so happy with our roof and highly recommend CIG Construction for a work well done hassle free.
Do Not purchase upgraded roof, they do not know what they are doing yet, it's new to them!! It started off good, we thought, than the communication inconsistencies and miss quoted information started.....and kept snow balling. Mike says one thing, Kelly said another, and Jamie's crew was in the middle with half info.
