I had amazing full service and nuru massage session here with Kerry 7692872311. My friend recommended her for me since I was looking for where to get a real full service and good body massage, I texted her, she replied immediately then explained the process to get manager approval because they no longer accept walk-in again, I did it and got approved then went there, Kerry welcomed me friendly and rendered awesome full service for me then ended the session with nuru massage. Highly recommend.
I came to Cienega Med Spa to recieve my second treatment of cryotherapy and Kenalog and I was denied services. I only have two keloids. ******* told me that one of them were still healing so I said ok we can treat the healed one and ******* said she cant do that. I am being discriminated against and treated unfair. I wouldnt be surprised if they were discriminating against many of their clients.
Every procedure I had was an epic fail. They won't refund me, let alone respond to emails. Avoid them completely!!
