Satisfied I’ve been living in these apartments for a year now and never had any issue, it is a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, I think that it is a good place to rent.
Excellent I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Cielo Vista Apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether changing light bulbs, fixing a lock, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I had an optimal living environment. Can't beat the price I couldn't find any other better place to live than these apartments. First of all you cant beat the price, they are very clean when moving in, It includes the fridge and electric stove. When putting in a maintenance request they are very polite and quick when coming in to fix the issue. Its awsome living here plus you have all stores very close to you, Cielo Vista, Bassett Place, Walmart, Target and many many restaurants to go to. You also have the airport close to you whenever you need to travel.
Neighbors Smoking Pot and strong Oder. Not saying it’s management fault, but it's been a month ago I moved out from the area 1105 Catalina apt H side and was not too happy on moving out but one of the reason why we moved out was because on the apartment downstairs on 1104 Avalon apt D, smoke pot and the Oder would enter our apartment and I would have ignored it but couldn’t have my kids smelling that!
Greedy Owner I moved out a month early, but I still paid the rent for the month and I left some valuables there to pick up later. As soon as management found out, without notice, they broke into my apartment, threw out my valuables, and started renovating the apartment using MY electricity. The greedy Owner refuses to compensate for the loss of my valuables. Stay away from properties like these!
New to area My husband and I are new to this area, and we right away felt welcomed by the ladies in the office. I called once and left a message, and they called me right back. We did a walkthrough of our apartment and found one little mishap they sent someone over and took care of it immediately. My husband and I are very happy here and to have base so close was a win for us also. J.C.R
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL ive been here for a few months and it is true that staff at the office hardly every answer the phone although they have at least 5 female employees working there. the sink in the bathroom seems to get clogged repeatedly with just water. the walls were painted very poorly. a 5 year old couldve done a better job. air conditioner hardly works and gets very muggy inside the apartment. hope you enjoy humidity. rent price is about the only thing that is good overall but it comes at a price.
Comfy and cheap I live in a studio and it is perfect for single people. Parking is okay. Maintenance crew always came quick. They were always very friendly to me. This place is not bad for the price. In the winter apartment stays warm and in the summer stays cool. My neighbors are nice and never gave any trouble. As long as you pay your rent on time you will have no issues. I enjoyed my time at these apartments.
WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN! Apartments are dirty when you first move in. I put in a maintenance order about 4 months ago they’ve yet to show up. Manger does not care if you have issues with neighbors. (vandalism) and if you do get ahold of the manager to explain an issue they’ll simply tell you to “ignore it”. spend your money elsewhere, these apartments are not worth it. Ive only been here for 5 months and i’m planing on leaving when this lease is up.
