I’m so disappointed with the new kids play area. The new slide has no stairs so it’s impossible for smaller children to climb on (and isn’t that really what this kind of play area is designed to accommodate). In addition the area is open on several sides, which is dangerous with little ones for many reasons. I’m not sure who designed this new space, but it’s no longer a space that I can take my child to play.

Got my cell phone stolen here on black Friday. I forgot it on a bench and someone decided to take it instead of turning it in. Did not expect this in such an area. Nice mall despite my bad experience.

I'm choosing not to shop here anymore after learning that they prefer to use contractors that pay sub standard wages to undocumented workers and threaten to have them deported if they speak up. This undermines our society and really takes advantage of these poor people. These places make huge profits and them not paying decent wages to the workers is just not right.
