The new play area is not enclosed. There are 4 separate openings so if your eyes aren’t absolutely glued to your child (sometimes difficult when there are 15-20 kids in the same area) they can easily bolt to run the mall. We used to be regulars but I don’t plan on coming back unless something is changed. It was not enjoyable having to constantly chase down an escaping toddler and there were other parents there who had the exact same issue.
This damn mall closes too early and it's just boring
There was no one to service a pickup order when there is a dedicated line for it. Instead had to wait in a long line. Witnessed another person who was there for pickup and left because they had to wait too long. I'm cancelling my order.
The play area is so gross! Carpet needs to be replaced, but at the very minimal VACUUMED! Went there 5 minutes after opening and there was food crumbs and just general trash peices everywhere. Kids always get snotty nose after playing there even with hand sanitizer and washing hands. I try my best to avoid the place.
