I would just like to give a big thank you to Build A Bear and the lady security guard today. We waited 2 hours for the pay your age deal but it went so smoothly and we also received a free cookie as well as an ice cream gift card. My kid was on the verge of tears when I told her the other local build a bears shutdown because of long lines and chaos. Thank you all for your hard work! Sincerely a happy mom!

RecommendedI just got back from build a bear ‘pay your age’ and let me say it was a wait but I knew what I was in for. There team was very organized, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. And then I’m not sure who it was maybe the manager and other employees started to pass out water and candy for those waiting an awesome detail. Well organized which made everything so awesome! �����
I took my two kids (3 year old son & 6 year old daughter) to the Build a Bear "Pay Your Age" event today... We did not leave with a stuffed animal... We arrived after 9:30 in the morning and left at 11:45 as my kids were restless and needed to use the facilities... They presented us with coupons for a return visit - which we will happily return!
