The music was changed today to be at full volume throughout the mall. The choice of music is questionable and it is so loud, 15 people I’ve met are vowing not to walk or shop here anymore. We have been told the stores requested this. Doubt it.

Visited for the first time, absolutely terrible. Not walkable, and there is not adequate parking near the popular stores. I guess they were trying for an downtown feel, missed by a mile. Won’t come back, had it been winter I wouldn’t have even got out of the car.
I'm in there often getting my pedicures and my daughters nails filled ..... today the lady that did my pedicure was horrible horrible horrible never took the time to scrub my feet left ....my legs were still soaking wet and she never rubbed the lotion in I had to tell her to clean my legs off really a shame I asked for extra services and felt like I was being rushed and the other lady had to explain what I was saying was an older lady maybe the owner needs to train all his employees debating if I will be returning �
Recommendednice restaurants and atmosphere
Worst mall to work at. Everyday one or two of the escalators are being worked on and I mean everyday. Do we need to have them replaced or what? So inconvenient and annoying. Not to mention all the theft and crime that happens here.
RecommendedFor a small town like Winchester,VA it's the right size. The work environment is great and some of the mall staff is amazing people. Diffently a good place to shop to get plenty of great deals.
