SEPHORA Horrible customer service Gladys (if that’s her name) would not accept a returned defective item bought 3 days earlier said I had to call corporate on which they said they have to exchange or refund when I went back explained this she said she would have to speak with store director basically found out she lied corporate said there is no store director , very rude combative ... And she would not come out she sent one of the poor girls to do her dirty work DO NOT BUY HERE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS go to south coast... read more

We were at the mall today to see Santa and ride the pink pig which were wonderful! However ... Lenox Square Mall ... your ads from wall to wall today were a half naked Charlese Theron for Dior. And by half naked ... I mean she was wearing no pants, her bare legs were wide open, and the angle was up with a creative shadow. And where were these ads? EVERYWHERE. Including by the wall where the pink pig tickets were purchased for children... Completely unacceptable. When an 8 year old and 10 year old tell you it’s inappropriate ... read more

I have been coming to Lenox Square for years and years. Today I took my daughters and grand children to have the babies pictures taken with Santa. I have to say the Santa experience is the only good thing about our trip. The bathrooms near the Pink Pig were worse than any I have ever experienced shopping. I went to the Pink Pig ticket sales and they told me to call security and tried to give me the number instead of calling them for me! GET RID OF RUDE, AGGRESSIVE KIOSKS!!! I visited your mall Sunday, Dec. 16 between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. I didn't write down the name of the kiosk, but there are two kiosk's located at different ends of the mall passing out cream samples. They are in your face, rude and downright harassing. I've never encountered such awful people at such an upscale mall!! They literally pushed the product right in my face and when I told them no thank you, he proceeded to insult me.
