Burlington Mall is usually above par when it comes to Mall shopping and dinning. Though yesterday when we arrived we entered thru the doors next to Legal Seafood and took the escalator upstairs to the second floor. While riding the escalator myself as well as others we're electrocuted by touching the metal next to hand rails. I went to the security office to notify them. There was two guards there. Love this mall! Great array of high-end stores and merchandise. Also has some great places to eat!
1st time in an American mall. The experience was good. 1st time in Macy's. Enjoyed shopping while my husband sat in a comfy chair in the Mall.

Haven't been to the Burlington Mall in a while and so impressed at just how wonderful the environment and the new stores there...
Will never go back to this mall. They didn't renew the lease for Rainforest Cafe so they could put in a furniture store.
