First time ever being at the Burlington Mall. It was alright. I didn't see an FYE type store though. Or a Newberry Comics store. Other than that I thought it was okay.
We love this mall! It has the Cheesecake factory in it and a lot of great stores
Absolutely horrible customer service. Was approached by security at the mall to leave the premises because management didnt want Color Vibe people in the mall. I explained polietly that we already washed up, dusted off and wanted something to eat and shop and that we were clean. I showed nothing was left on my clothes, shoes or hair. And we were told to leave because of what we were wearing. Then we were followed out to make sure we left. HORRIBLE!! Parking is a bit of an issue, but the mall is always well kept and very few vacancies.
Rapid Repair in Burlington Mall In front of Aldo shoes next door To Microsoft store.
Never again will I go to the Burlington Mall on black Friday. It was nothing but a kids hangout.
This mall is rude the employees are rude don't have any customer service skills and only have one food court only thing that good in this mall is the children's store
