Union's Best Hair Salon – I really like this Salon! It is different from ALL the salons I had been to in the last 25 years. I can tell you that is a lot of salons!!! Cielo and her daughter Vanesa are very friendly yet very professional. Venesa is a Master Colorist Certified in Manhattan, NY and she is also a Certified Make-up Artist.
