I don't live here but my sister does. First off they will raise your rent at the beginning of your lease. My sister moved in not even 1 month ago and she got a letter saying her rent was going up. You would think it would be illegal because you signed a contract. Well it's a clause in the lease. So be careful. Also lots of transients on the Horton st side. They lied about the place needn't be repented. They lied about it needing to be cleaned. They won't fix anything. I wrote up a bunch of stuff that had to be fixed when I moved in and they claimed they had to fix a bunch of stuff. They, they just don't want to refund your depos lit so keep in mind if you wanna rent a place for a moment. Because I won't fix anything when you tell them to it needs to be fixed. I cannot possibly come up with enough superlatives to describe my very, very positive experience living in Cielo Place Apartments. A cool building, friendly neighbors and most private. Apartment manager, Jessica Sinclair is calmly efficient and carries with her a caring approach to meeting tenent needs. EDIT: Why is it necessary to give a 30 day vacate notice to a person why missed rent for the very first time? Why is it also necessary to make the missed rent fee 95 DOLLARS? It'll be one thing if the fee was 5 or 10 bucks or if I missed rent more than once, but come one. Really? Are ya'll THAT desperate for money. Everything cost way too much nowadays anyway.
