Stay away from this!!! The residents the people are absolutely inappropriate. Our parents live there, and we live in Aria, a wonderful community right next to this one. I took my children to the park because I was at my mom’s house and got attacked by multiple residents and my car being filmed and verbally abused for using their park , when my mom is a resident and we were there. If anyone is considering purchasing from Neal Communities, RUN, RUN FAR AWAY and consider another builder. Please read reviews from Google, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, they’re very accurate, especially in the Cielo Community in Nokomis Florida. Neal himself is a prior politician, that alone should tell you the type of character he has. I would caution anyone buying into this community due to their lack of transparency. Our HOA fees are nearing $700 a quarter with no amenities. They are now trying to propose a security gate so that Neal communities can justify putting in a shopping center that was recently transferred to Neal communities by our non-responsive HOA for $10. Very sketchy business practices. This area was promised as a preserve for the community. Do not believe anything you hear from the sales woman
This place lately has horrible issues they don’t put in what u agreed on as u signed Mary Quaid does not keep her word at all The guy who oversees got fired They made several mistakes with the plumbing Not covering the roof up got mold in wallls Very very bad I’d run the place was put up with all amateurs We were also told we could fit a good size pool now HOA which are having their own issues do not call back Just don’t trust Mary Quaid in the office she says whatever she can to get out of the agreement of quality of goods ... read more
