Terrible terrible company and owner. He purchased the building i was living in and immediately raised the rent $200 so we put in our 30 days and moved out. To be clear this neighborhood is bad and definitely not worth the asking amount. For example, someone was shot and killed accross the street days before move out. The owner Bradley Bartos has been promising us our security deposit since we moved and conitinues to say it has been mailed. I love giving positive reviews to businesses that deserve(check my yelp reviews) them. As a business owner myself I understand the challenges. I also believe businesses live and die from customer service and how they treat their clients. Unfortunely this is one case where theres only negative to report. I've owned properties as a landlord and rented as a tenant in numerous states, have never had an issue. Horrible customer service. Don't ever rent from these ppl. They don't care about your housing they just care to get there check every 1st of the month. Call the B.B.B.( better busines bureau) if you ever have any problems. Only then will they start talking to you and emailing there apologies so they have something they can prove. Another advice is just call the city on the property that you live in and they will start paying attention to repairs.
