The most fabulous fish platter ever.....they served fish in a cilantro sauce....it was recommended by the adorable Andrea; I wanted fish tacos......she said "have the fish" whatever it's called.....I did! The best fish I've had outside of my own kitchen!!! I asked her what kind of fish is it? She replied "it's tilapia!" I replied with "I don't like tilapia"! But, I think I do, as this was outstanding! This is THE BEST Mexican food I have ever eaten and I've eaten A LOT of Mexican food. I'm vegan and they are quite accommodating. I usually order the mushroom tostadas. The flavor is out of this world! Go to Cielito Lindo now!
The food here is truly delightful and authentic, I had the Pipian Verde de Pollo. The chicken was tender and the green mole sauce was spicy but creamy. My husband had the Arrachera Tampiquena the steak was cooked to perfection and the enchilada was covered in a black bean chipotle sauce that was savory and elevated the enchilada to a different level. We will be back!
