I went there for almost a decade. The owners are very nice but the service went downhill while they continue to raise prices. Staff talked too loud in Korean during the sessions when we do couple appointments. I finally stopped going when the staff demanded tips or they wouldn't service me anymore. I don't do ultimatum so I'm going to another Korean spa that I'm paying more ($6K+/package) but I'm much happier with the service and attentiveness.
This was my second visit to the spa, and I’m so glad I came back. Sam did an absolutely wonderful job again! She has such a warm and caring presence, and her attention to detail really shows. I left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend Sam and can’t wait for my next session!
