John S was extremely courtesy and thoughtful in his energy audit of our home, taking his time to explain what he was looking at throughout the audit. He even detected two leaks that we were unaware of and made sure that we contacted PSE&G right away. My wife and I (and our dog Oscar) are very grateful for all of his efforts. Excellent work John! Have started the process of getting the energy audit w/Ciel and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Krystal Soto has been very helpful and patient as I've had to reschedule my appt. more than once. Ira E. came out this weekend for the audit and was very good about explaining what he was doing during the audit and what he was seeing. So far so good!
