Have started the process of getting the energy audit w/Ciel and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Krystal Soto has been very helpful and patient as I've had to reschedule my appt. more than once. Ira E. came out this weekend for the audit and was very good about explaining what he was doing during the audit and what he was seeing. So far so good!
