We had nothing but a fantastic experience working with Krystal Soto. She got us all of the paperwork and information we needed ahead of time and was very helpful and flexible in scheduling the installation. We had a number of changes during the course of the project, and Krystal was on top of every one and was able to update all of our information and keep us informed of the changes and what they meant, costs, etc. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and we were very happy with the entire process.
We were very impressed with John S.' professional manner and the way he let us know at every step what he was doing and why the test was important in the Energy Audit. We are looking forward to discussing the results of his audit and finidngs in more detail.
