Have stayed at this place for 8 months. I had no issues with anything. The site management was great to respond to any questions and the maintenance team was fantastic. The facility on site is great for families with kids, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Rochester hill area.
We moved in about a month ago. It was an easy, smooth process. I’m disabled and need an ADA complaint home. Our apartment is very nice, well maintained. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The amenities are very nice and well kept. My life is drastically easier, and more convenient living here. I’m excited to meet neighbors and staff alike! So far we absolutely love it here.
I’ve lived at Cider Mill Village for three years, and I can say, without a doubt, it is a great place to live! The office staff is truly the heart of the community, it’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. They make everything from move-in to lease renewals smooth and stress-free. Pros: Apartments are pretty nice and cozy. Cons: Management. We had to terminate early our leasing in which we cover all the steps required by the management and the move out statement. We provide the required payment and got confirmation by the bank that the check was cashed out. Feb 4th Almost Six months later I'm receiving a debt collection letter of a different move out statement with a lower move out payment than the one we submitted. CiderMill Village by Singh is an absolute dumpster fire of a property, run by people who would struggle to organize a game of checkers, let alone a housing application. The Site Manager? A textbook example of how not to hire. Think: the charisma of a wet mop and the competence of a paper straw in a hurricane. After putting down a deposit, we were ghosted like a bad Tinder date.
