I’ve rented apartments in all price ranges for the past twenty years. In all my experience this is easily the worst property I’ve ever leased with. I wouldn’t even know where to begin when explaining how horrific it is living here. Dealing with staff and management is like putting your hand into a lawnmower blade while drinking gasoline. ***Final edit…*** We are moving due to a job change for my husband. Back in January knowing this was coming, we talked to the office staff who said (prior to us signing the lease) there would be no penalty for breaking the lease after staying for 6 months. We discussed month to month terms and we decided since there wasn’t a penalty other than staying for 6 months it worked better financially. My husband stated a new job in March and left the state.
