I had my heart set on moving to this location and had been working with Andrew, who was great. He provided me with a written quote for the 1 bed, 1 bath Baldwin unit at $1,631 with a 15-month lease. I was initially skeptical about the lease term but was willing to pay for the extra three months. I received the quote on February 25, 2025, and by the very next day, February 26, 2025, while submitting my application, the price had jumped to $1,901 for the same unit with the same lease term. Outdated appliances, rude staff, dog crap everywhere outside , poor maintenance, pool out of order every summer! The worst management ever! Do get scammed into moving into to this overpriced slum
I love living here at Cidermill Village, Apartments! My apartment is roomy with two full bathrooms, a garage and a nice little patio. It is soundproof and is clean and well-maintained. Additionally, my hot water tank went out one day and I called Tony in the office and a service man was here within the half hour, and replaced it that same day! This is a great place to live, and I highly recommend it!
