***Final edit…*** We are moving due to a job change for my husband. Back in January knowing this was coming, we talked to the office staff who said (prior to us signing the lease) there would be no penalty for breaking the lease after staying for 6 months. We discussed month to month terms and we decided since there wasn’t a penalty other than staying for 6 months it worked better financially. My husband stated a new job in March and left the state. Have stayed at this place for 8 months. I had no issues with anything. The site management was great to respond to any questions and the maintenance team was fantastic. The facility on site is great for families with kids, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Rochester hill area.
We moved in about a month ago. It was an easy, smooth process. I’m disabled and need an ADA complaint home. Our apartment is very nice, well maintained. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The amenities are very nice and well kept. My life is drastically easier, and more convenient living here. I’m excited to meet neighbors and staff alike! So far we absolutely love it here.
I’ve lived at Cider Mill Village for three years, and I can say, without a doubt, it is a great place to live! The office staff is truly the heart of the community, it’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. They make everything from move-in to lease renewals smooth and stress-free.
