We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and excellent work done by the Team at Cicoria. Mark, the Owner, had come to our home to look at the huge Ash tree that needed removal and was prompt in getting back to me with details for removal and pricing. It was an area which required a Crane but not an easy area to get into. They laid down material on our lawn as to not destroy it, when the equipment had to access the site. People were pleasant but communication was a little slow and confusing. The actual work was quick and efficient. We opted out of a police detail but they had one anyway and then charged us for it. The stump grinding charge was more than the original quote Kind of a bait and switch.
