The third visit to this place sucked. They let kids run around screaming bare foot and eat stuff off the floor I know its a family place but still some control is nice but bitch because a guy used a water cup to get a soda. The pizza was awful just tossed together and ran through a oven. Now have to use packets of parmasan cheese and peppers the selection of pizza was sub par. I don't think the management staff gives a crap anymore it use to be a great place. I won't go to any cici's ever.
I was very upset this evening when I came here. My family was treated very rudely. The staff wanted to cut corners because they were busy. We had a big party and when we asked for a specialty pizza and my son caught them in an error, they made the pizza very sloppy and hard to eat. Is this a way to treat family with grandkids. I'm debating even coming back in here again.
I have never experienced so much anger and pain in less than a minute like I do right now. Never thought I'd experience what so many parents have with an autistic child, much less from a manager of a restaurant. The appropriate thing to have done was approach the parent and talk about what happened instead of kicking a child out of an establishment for what you say was vandalism, did you suggest to show me, nope...you have no idea what my child goes through and you just added yourself to the "bully status"!
