Disgusted the new lady manger is bs she could careless and found a freaking bug in my salad. Yuck loved the previous managers but not this lady..smh #ARealCustomer
From the cashier to the bussers and the manager we got great service. The sweet tea was sweet, their soup was SO GOOD, their salad was fresh and had a nice variety of veggies. Pizza variety was hot and fresh out the oven. Their sweet selections were ooey, gooey delicious! Me and the hubby will be back again and again
Owner has a great attitude and works very hard to keep his restaurant spectacular! Very friendly staff from the owner to the chefs, bus boys, cashiers and management! Job well done..always!
This cicis is right down the road from my apartment and I've always gotten great service there. This one guy even knows me what I'm going to order and has it made special for me when I get the buffet and brought to my table (macaroni and cheese pizza) the food is great customer service is great
My son I and visited Cicis last week and enjoyed the fare. But what really stood out was the pure kindness that was bestowed on my Austistic son(27) , he asked if it was possible to get some CHICKEN ALFREDO which IS NOT on the buffet the young waiter went in the back and created this dish for my son ... That touched my heart so very much .. Wish I could remember his name , but I did give him KUDOS through his manager... This was at the CICIs at Riverside Dr. We will be returning❤️
