We arrived at this Cici's location a little after 9:30 PM and were the only family in the restaurant at the time. Even so, we were greeted with big smiles and exceptional customer service. Mr. Pasiavo (I apologize if I misspelled his name) immediately made us feel welcome and valued. Despite it being late in the evening and the restaurant being nearly empty, the staff never made us feel like an inconvenience. The pizza is always fresh and phenomenal!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Paciano is amazing.
Some of us don't handle the app technology too well and the staff here demonstrate time after time when I'm needing help or someone else does they've helped and made the experience of reaping the perks a little bit better.
