This is the worst Cicis I've visited so far in Dallas. Their pizza requests are consistently ignored, and the staff often provide misleading or false information. The overall experience was disappointing, and I will not return. I hope the owner recognizes that the establishment is staffed with rude and incompetent workers who ruin the customer experience.

Been going here for at least the last 3 years since I moved nearby. Used to be awesome, like one of the better Cicis locations, for what’s that worth. Go solo or with my kids on a regular basis. Last two times the place has been incredibly nitpicky, no water cups, not making pizza requests, fine food cost, economy blah blah. Take my two kids and nephew tonight, try for 3 kids buffets and an adult. Rude cashier with attitude asks the ages, I state 12. They’re 10, 11 and 12. “They pass as adults, $57.70.” I say excuse me? This location was very clean, staff was very nice and the pizza and desert was excellent Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen that work at this location
