Too bad Cicis is not a good fun place to eat any more. Pizza was ok at best, salad was warm, except their pickles were great. I used to eat a lot there, I had one barely warm piece of pizza, and tried to choke down the salad. Now all the kids loved the game room as always...but even that u had to have dollar bills instead of quarters. I won't be back, which is sad, we used to go there a lot for parties. Bummer.

Food tasted old, there was gnats in the salad.. The manager was so busy couldn't speak with him.. Terrible! I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut it down, I almost smacked my kid for suggesting we eat lunch there

The food was ok, customer service was ok but the cleanliness was terrible. Dirty floors, tables, bathrooms. We won't go back.

The pizzas were all burned and the service was no good and the place was real dirty and they had plenty of people to clean up

the workers need to be more friendly stop talking to each other and pay attention to customers when asking a question, game room most the games are broken need to fix them even the change machine is broke.

I have been to several Cici's and service was awlful at this one , cashier was rude , no trays out had to ask for them , glasses were wet , I really will not go back to this one will go elsewhere .
