We enjoyed the all different types of pizza and sweets that the your restaurant offer. We tried the new cookie or brownie and everything was Great. Excellent Customer Service.
Great pizza, great price, wish they more for salad, but all in all a 5. The staff was 5 � too, friendly super nice, will deffently eat there again
Disgusting. No taste, the crust was like cardboard, sauce didn’t taste like tomato. Not worth the money. Will not go back.
I haven't been to our local location in a while, because things are usually not hot & very disappointing. We went to 1 in another state & it was wonderful so it made me decide to give our local location a try again with a coworker. I don't believe I'll be going to our local location for a long time again.
came in around 9pm and had to stand there waiting for someone to greet us so we could pay and eat.. all the food was old and the floors were nasty and sticky. Around 9:30 they come up to us and was like we r gonna close the bar down but if y'all want a pizza we will make it fresh we will keep the pasta and deserts up and so we said we paid for a bar and we want more then one kind of pizza so they left the bar open so my boy friend went to get some more pasta for his daughter cuz thats all she would eat and they already took ... read more
Thank you to all the staff at Cicis. They were so kind and helpful today when I had a health problem at their restaurant. I truly appreciate the help and thoroughly enjoyed the food, as usual. The staff there is A#1.
I want to say Thank You to the staff of CiCi's Pizza in Roanoke, VA. I went there today with my mother-in-law and two small children. My mother-in-law has been battling some health issues and had an episode going into the restaurant. The staff was so very kind and thoughtful. They ran over to help us, got us to a table, brought us our tray, and to top it off they gave us our meal on the house. Of course the food was good (as it always is), but the kindness of the staff is what impressed me! THANK YOU!
