Turned us away due to a 30 minute wait and then were seating people before we made it out of the parking lot.

This place has really gone downhill! There were no tomatoes on the salad bar and the carrots looked old. They had barely any pizzas out and couldn't seem to keep any up , plates were running out and they were slow restocking them. The place was a mess, half the drinks were out and tasted carbonated even though we told the manager about them nothing was corrected! The restrooms were a mess and smelled bad! We probably will not be returning
My husband and I were at Cici’s on 12/1/18 around 4:45. We sat at a booth in the back near the drink machine. There were many gnats all over the wall and the pictures hanging on the wall. We couldn’t find a manager to tell about this problem. We will not be going back.

Thurs. nite, Kid's buffet is $2.99 for 12 and under...A wonderful and very professional young lady, Ayesha, greeted me and 2 grandsons....salad bar small, but sufficient, soup good, Macaroni with two sauces (cheese or marinara) are delish, Pizza, not so...but then, it's not WNY...and the brownies have been replaced with a lemon bar...so it was more sweet rolls....
