Gluten-free Creativity – I asked if Cici's had any Gluten-free optons (GF Pasta &/or Pizza crust.) The answer was a "no", but the manager, Clayton, said that he would be happy to make me a crustless pizza: a tin filled with either Red or White sauce, my favorite toppings, and cheese. As I am also a vegetarian, he loaded-on the veggies. It was delicious! And it was SO filling! I will definately go back and I have told my gluten-free friends that Cici's on Platte is a new option for eating out!
