Heinous customer "service" from Michelle, one of the partners/owners. She is incredibly, breathtakingly rude. Went in several times but today was the last straw. She pushed my knees out of her way instead of asking me to move, yanked my hands toward her, grabbed my purse out of my lap. Never again. Giving it two stars only because everyone else there is lovely, especially the young ladies who give pedicures. I feel sorry for them.

I was recommended to this place from a friend who raved about them, but after getting a manicure and pedicure the day before my vacation I beg to differ. Two days into my trip my nail polish came off my finger nails and toes and looked like cheap top coat was used. In addition I am a huge sucker for the massage that comes with a pedicure and this was horrible, massaging everything BUT your feet. Good prices but horrible customer service. Call make an appointment and wait 40 min. The pedicure took less time than the amount of time I waited. As if people don't have things to do. Hence why people make appointments. I do not recommend this place at all.

i had the most amazing experience here. plush massage chairs with clean tub for my toes to be cleaned. the girls are so nice with great massaging time, the hot stone massage is something we, all girls, need (i see some gentlemen there too). the gel-mani, shellac, is essential to me since i always have my hands in water. i visit religiously every two weeks. ive never had any problems with the nail polish coming off early or "bubbles" appearing.. overall a "goto" salon on the island

Worst mani I ever had! They ruined my nails. Place might be pretty but they have no idea what they are doing......my nails look horrid and I have a wedding to go to...will take months for my nails to grew back. They ruined my own nails and did a horrible, thick, unshaped powder wrap...I have short blops now instead of my nature long nails..
