I was involved in an accident, and my insurance carrier assigned Mrs. Cicchetti and her firm to represent me. I could not be happier with her firms responsiveness and extensive legal knowledge. They have done an amazing job, and I highly recommend them!
I’ve had car insurance a case open with one of their clients they’re representing. The case is over 4 months old I still don’t have any updates and I’ve been calling every day for over a month now and not only does nobody answer but nobody has responded to any of my voicemails. It is impossible to get in touch with these people and I would NOT recommend them if you have a choice
