Been keeping my stuff here for 13 years. It's clean and safe, and the Manager (Terry) is helpful and friendly.
Terry is very helpful & very respectful. He helped me from beginning to the end. Thank to terry highly recommended place.
The manager, Maggie, Martinez, and Amanda are the absolute best! They go above and beyond customer service! Maggie is incredibly helpful, kind and always has a smile on her face! The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very well secured. I will always refer people to the Cibolo website location!
Called on 6/10/2021 to inquire about a 10x10 storage unit availability. The gentleman on the other end of the line sounded extremely annoyed and answered with “all I can tell ya is I got a waiting list for everything!.” Didn’t bother to let me know an approximate available date. Didn’t bother to recommend another location. When I thanked him for his time, he just hung up.
