Kaye was very helpful. She is very great with assistance, always around when you need her. This place is great and clean, "top notch" I'd say. Thank you "just a closet".
The place is way cleaner than it used to be, but the new locks are a pain. You have to place your phone right on them and at the correct angle. Sometimes this area has scrappy cell service so it can be hard. The new owners seem nice. You do get dumpster usage which is nice. The only wierd thing is they have a 10 day written leave notice policy. Which is odd since this is mainly an unmanned place. Office is not open everything has to be done online. So I could see this being an issue for older people.
Great storage unit to use! Greatly recommend! Update 5/5: I highly recommend getting storage services with this company and crew. Not only has it been an easy experience, but their support team is amazing to work with and very accommodating. It’s rare to find a team that works hard to provide a great experience and cares about their customers!
Update- Changed to a 5-Star. I spoke with the owner and we have worked things out. He apologized several times on the situation. Reviewed as a 1-Star originally. Let me start out by saying I was there before the owner changed and its been downhill since. I am getting billed $9 a month for their insurance to only cover $2000 in property. I sent a copy of my insurance to show I had my items covered and they continued to bill me.
