Buyer beware, the pictures they have of the amenities are for the original Cibolo Hills which is not sufficient enough to support the first four phases that were built. Seeing Trophy homes and the issues that the buyers have had with their houses I wouldn't recommend them, the HOA they are building in or the overarching developer who's splitting the one pool between two neighborhoods as amenities since Cibolo West got annexed into the HOA with the original Cibolo Hills by the developer (not the residents).
Horrible experience. Builder is incompetent.
