Moving back to my home town in Laredo. I visit several apartment communities and Cibolo was the one that stood out the most. They have amazing office staff. Rocio and Jackie were both very helpful. I will be moving in soon and can not wait to use all the amenities they have to offer.
I'm living here with my dad, and there is only a limit of 2 cars, and since they live across from alexander High School which I go to by the way their gate is never fixed so they tow the students cars when their at fault for not fixing their problems and theres always ants in the bathrooms and in the shower and it's disgusting. Horrible staff their too btw they need to up their game
Horrible experience. Murky water faucets, parking was horrible, office takes forever to fix any issue. If you want a peace of mind, do not live here.
Terrible experience! Unfortunately, I lived here for about 3 years. It's Laredo, and this is supposedly as good as it gets in Laredo. At first, everything was fine. The first issue I ran into was parking. There are not enough parking spots, so be ready to walk a mile just to get to your front door. Second, after losing a few pairs of shirts destroyed by the washer, I finally got a new washer. Third, my bathroom has been leaking a nasty yellow fluid the entire time I rented.
