Pending work orders not addressed even after having to wait for over a month on a simple repair. The heat element for the dryer isn't functioning and I have been without a dryer for over a month and I have yet to receive a follow up call from a member of management even after multiple phone calls and countless emails. I have had multiple issues with the dryer since earlier in the year and have asked to have it replaced. Still waiting for the work order to be addressed!!!!
You will not get quality living here because nobody bothers to neither communicate nor properly fix anything! My AC unit has been broken since August 2025, and I am leaving a review March 2026. My apartment is hot! If you rent out units in building 6, you will have incredibly loud neighbors and will be conveniently located next to the building’s only trash unit! My fiancé and I lived at Cibolo Crossing Apartments, and our experience was disappointing overall. Came to visit my Daughter and apt is nice spacious but noticed everytime I visit there’s leaks in shower and kitchen faucet but what’s worse of all in this Laredo heat the ac sucksssss the apt feels so hot all the time . I’ve told her so many times to report it and she did and they don’t listen . So, people before you get in one make sure you do your investigation . This is like my 8th visit time visiting and the ac still isn’t cold AT All! She had to get fans .
