The best bank in town and in the world. I would suggest they add a $10 bill to the ATM withdrawal options... but I understand that that may not be feasible. I am otherwise happy.
Manager is not knowledgeable enough. I have to go to different branch to resolve my issue. Otherwise I could have lose my money if I trust and rely on ingersoll branch management
Bank manager is very unprofessional and got bad work ethic. My buddy cancelled his bank draft with all original copies after a failed car deal but the money still left his account. He said he can not do anything. MANAGER AT KITCHENER BRANCH HELPED AND TOOK CARE OF IT AND GOT THE MONEY BACK INTO ACCOUNT.
