Had a meeting there today to renew my mortgage and was told (and I quote) “we can’t do mortgages here”. Then why did your telephone agent book my mortgage renewal appointment here?!?! I only resorted to in-person meetings because the telephone agents were hard to understand and couldn’t grasp difficult concepts over the phone. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I will not be renewing with CIBC.
The best bank in town and in the world. I would suggest they add a $10 bill to the ATM withdrawal options... but I understand that that may not be feasible. I am otherwise happy.
Manager is not knowledgeable enough. I have to go to different branch to resolve my issue. Otherwise I could have lose my money if I trust and rely on ingersoll branch management
