A coworker kept raving about this place so a few of us finally decided to check it out after work, and it definitely lived up to the hype. We started with the carbonara and it was excellent, perfectly creamy without being too heavy, with just the right amount of pancetta and a good balance of pepper that gave it a nice kick. Alfredo greeted me at the door. Amazing energy, great people, made me feel welcome. recommended me foods and checked on me like he was the owner. These are the type of employees everyone needs!
Incredible music and atmosphere but Brando, my bartender, stood out to me! Super awesome talking to him and he took great care of me. Very knowledgeable and friendly I love it here!
Cracking spot for a few beverages
We arrived 1 hours early for our booking and they were happy to accommodate as most of the restaurant was empty. We wanted to order the prime rib, that was not on the menu that day, no worries. We ended ordering the Cuban sandwich - this was nice, spaghetti bolognaise- no taste and was disappointing, Hawaiian pizza - soggy base and full of fat and arrived after 10 minutes of the other mains.
