we went to eat a really good Italian ice cream, we were served by a really kind and professional person who gave the place even more value. thanks Pilar!
If you have a child with nut allergies, Ciao Gelato is very accommodating. We were advised as to which flavors were safe and the woman serving us got a new, clean spoon and scooped from the front. We appreciated her care, as our toddler desperately wanted ice cream!
Cristina at the Venice shop let us in at 9 pm closing time tonight ( thanks ! ) and the gelato was delicious.
Very friendly and absolutely delicious gelato. Going to be sure to stop in February when we are in Florida again.

Out of all the ice cream or gelato shops in Venice, this is my wife and I's absolute favorite! We recently did a gender reveal for our upcoming baby and we decided on wanting to do a gelato cake and this place was the only one we turned to for that. The cake turned out great and was delicious as well! My wife and I, as well as our future son, will be lifelong customers.
This has been my favorite gelato place for years. They have a great selection and the staff on the evening shifts are very nice.
AWESOME Place and Gelato
Gelato is as good as we ate in Italy. So happy to be locals and enjoy quality gelato here in Venice Florida! Just enjoyed their Fig Panna Cotta with Orange and Coriander. It is to DIE for delicious!
