The only issue...each flavor is so good it's hard to decide what to order....and the good news is you can not make a bad choice!

I must say the Gelato is the best I've tasted but I'm not a fan of the fact that they got rid of the punch card they offered - the buy 6 get one free. It was great. Whenever I got to Venice, I always would stop by & when the children & grandchildren visit, it was always a definite stop. What is so hard about keeping it simple? Now I have to go hunt the Venice Gondolier for a coupon. Really? I don't even know where to pick up that paper. I don't think I will be back.

Thank you, Susan for your review. Managing a biz in the food sector can be tough. If you have those cards they are still honored. But we did change our strategy a year ago. The Gondilier has boxes all over Venice for your paper. As you'll find coupons in the Herald Tribune at Venice MainStreet and Venice Chamber of Commerce. I cannot put into words how fantastic Ciao Gelato is!! First, I was hooked on their scrumptious gelato and sorbet and now I can't resist their decadent iced coffee/gelato drinks - just heavenly! Stop in, you will fall in love!
