I had an appointment for months with Cynthia and found out the day before my appointment that she left the salon weeks earlier and no one bothered to contact me and let me know this piece of Information. Totally unprofessional! Now I have to find another person who does what I like but I do plan to search Cynthia out and try to get an appointment asap. The salon is beautiful and the staff are amazing and friendly. I went in for my first haircut since covid and Cynthia was an angel. Great hair cut, great personality. Great experience.
This place is super cute and Heather is amazing.
If you’re thinking about getting your hair done here, do it. Honestly if it came down to it I would trust any of the stylists with my LIFE because none of them have ever let me down. I have come here after messing up my own hair, like black box dye, fully clothed, crying in the shower AND DIY bangs bad, and always leave so happy.
