April was fantastic. In the consultation we went over what my hair currently was and I sent her some inspiration photos I created on ChatGPT with two colors. She helped put my mind at ease due to some past issues I experienced. The room is relaxing and gives more of a space feeling to it. When it came out a little brighter on the roots, she toned them down and the colors matched perfectly to the inspiration photos. 1 Star – Misleading Groupon Deal / Bait-and-Switch I purchased a “Haircut with Deep Conditioning, Full Highlights and Style” through Groupon for Ciao Bella Salon and Boutique. After purchase, they required an e-consultation and asked for photos (which I provided).
