Steve did highlights on my daughter's hair just in time for senior year homecoming dance. This was the best experience we've ever had at a hair salon. Steve went into detailed explanations as to the product he was using as well as the science behind how highlighting with bleach products is completed and how highlighting with dying the hair is completed.
