I have been a customer at Ciao Bella now for 5+ years and have many different services including hair cuts, blow outs, color, up-do's, etc., all which have been fantastic from several of the stylists! Monika is great with all different types of hair and coloring, including specialty colors, and ombre coloring. Leslie is great with cuts and knows how to perfect a blow out. BAD experience.. .I went in for just a regular haircut at 5:15pm and didn't end up leaving the salon til 7:45pm. Almost a 3 hour haircut and the girl cutting my hair seemed very "inexperienced" and young. She told me she was 18 years old. 3 hours for a haircut. It has never taken me more than 45 min to an hour to get my haircut at any other salon ever. I feel fortunate to have discovered Ciao Bella, and feel the need to respond to that unfounded, negative review. All three of my children have been going to CB for years. One has significant special needs, and not only does she not cry when she's with the stylist you reference (Leslie), my daughter repeatedly asks for her by name! My other two kids (boys) had been going to a barber shop with my husband for years, but now only want to go to CB-- and one will only see Leslie. I have followed one of the staff of Ciao Bella for years. I have a feeling I know who was behind that negative statement. Seems to me someone has a case of the "Barbershop Blues". I guess Fla. is not so sunny after all. Anyway you must check it out for yourself, you will be impressed! Beautiful, bright clean salon with lots of fun products. Great staff. I am very loyal and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Ciao Bella since the day it has opened. I have followed Melissa and Leslie from their two previous places. The Ciao Bella salon is a wonderful place to go. They are always professional and go out of their way to take care of you. I have read that nasty review they received and I could not believe what I was readings. Somebody told me that there was a negative review for Ciao Bella. As a client I can tell you that can't be further from the truth. The staff is professional, always dressed nice and the salon is beautiful. Seems to me this is case of jealousy. They should be more concerned about learning to spell than bashing Ciao Bella.

i went to this new ciao bella salon because i saw it in the ridgefield press first there picture didnt capture my attention they looked very sloppy, there hair wasnt even nice but i went any ways. first i couldnt find the place its very hidden,behind a pizza shop in an ally way i couldnt even find parking so i had to park about a mile away. then when i got there i had my hair cut and it looked like crap the ownerdid such a horrable job.i went and spent 50.00 just to fix the chop job. and to boot they were dress so discusting... read more
