Everyone was very friendly, professional and supportive.
I was more than pleased with both Dr. Zavala as well as his staff. I found Dr. Zavala's bedside manner to be extremely professional and I felt he communicated all of the necessary information effectively. My procedure went as planned and I felt completely comfortable and well cared for by his staff. Overall, I had an awesome experience at Ciao Bella. I would highly recommend Dr. Zavala to family and friends.
Dr gave a thorough consultation. Showed many before and afters. Was very knowledgeable and described what would happen. Extremely happy with results!!
My experience at Ciao Bella was awesome. When I first came in for my initial consult I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. Once I was called back to meet with Dr. Zavala-Alacon he made me feel comfortable, I felt like he was listening to my needs of what I wanted to accomplish. He took plenty of time to explain each procedure and also gave me suggestions. Once I left the office I knew that this was the place I wanted to get surgery. He inspired my the trust and confidence I was looking for in a surgeon.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Would highly recommend!
