Dr. Ciaccia (Say Chauch) personable Doctor. He took all the time I needed to explain what my issue was and how he planned to remedy it. He is very to the point with all he does and says and that in itself is wonderful because it does not leave you guessing what is going on. And dont be afraid to ask questions, he will spend the time with you to answer them. The other staff in the office were the same nice kind of people. As pleasurable experience as it could be for a doctor visit.
My daughter had the break. She is at the difficult teen age and he was very descriptive with both she & I during surgery & office visits. She never complained of wanting to go. He was very professional & conversational!
I attended a visit with my friend who has been in pain from a procedure Dr. Ciaccia performed. This procedure was to relieve her of the pain she was in but only caused her additional pain and the need for additional surgeries. She tried to speak with him regarding her concern for the pain and he cut her off and disregarded her concern as if she was stupid. This physician carries a God Complex. He will talk a lot of medical and does not try to speak in a non-medical terminology.
My daughter had a broken arm and was to have the cast on for 3 months. I brought her in to his office for a 3 week follow-up and he tried to remove the cast. He had no clue of what her chart said and thought she was back for a 3 month cast removal. He was very rude to me when I suggested he review what he wrote in our last office note. I would not suggest anyone use this pysician due to his poor beside manner that comes across very arrogant and condescending if you have questions at all for him
Friendly & made it easy for me to understand my break! Definitely would recommend!
