Shout out to Dr Ciaccia and his nurse Lisa. Both are very friendly & helpful during office visits. I recently had an upper scope & colonoscopy done by Dr Ciaccia. Ive never had these procedures done before so I was extremely nervous! Dr Ciaccia did an excellent job! I had no issues whatsoever afterwards. Him and his nurses did an excellent job making sure I was relaxed & comfortable. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. I worried for nothing. Clearly my doctor did not pay attention to me. He went through the process of ordering expensive blood draws just to tell me that it looked like what he expected but that, either way, I would have to have a procedure done using anesthetics. He really drug out the process this way and I come to find out, 4 years later, that he didn't even know how I was feeling. I thought I was going to die soon and prepared for it but he did not treat me as such or even recognized it when I needed help.
