I have dealt with this HOA for over 7 years now and that are an impotent company at best. They do not take any action against deed restriction violations at all, but will be the first to send a petty letter for edging your lawn. I have been sending pictures of a neighboring home for over 3 years, each week. THis home has two trucks in the driveway, on flats and DO NOT HAVE ENGINES IN THEM! CIA will no longer answer my letters, emails or calls and direct me straight to their lawyers...Can not waitt o move out of this NO DEED ... read more
