sold me a "unwrecked" vehicle. noticed the car had damage months later and then had a accident report that wasn't disclosed to me at time of purchase. was told by owner that if it was him that I should "shut my mouth and enjoy my car". car has 5k in damage and I have only been offered a fair trade in value.. beware of fraud here.
RecommendedSmokin Joe is a true professional. His genuine and honest demeanor is an asset to CIA. It was evident he was very concerned about making sure I was taken care of vs just getting a sale. Joe kept his composure even when an aggressive attempt from the finance personnel became evident. Wouldn’t do business with anyone else and will definitely send anyone looking for a quality experience, in a vehicle purchase, his way!
I got the best experience at the CIA location in Brandon Ms. My sales Queen Memory went above and beyond. She gave me greatness doing and after the sale she made sure all my buying needs was exactly what I ask for. I made a call to Cliff at the Madison location told him what I was looking for and he said I'm on it! The whole CIA family gives grade A service and has nothing but great quality vehicles. If you are car shopping and looking for great quality service go see Memory at the Brandon location you want be disappointed.
