I recently purchased a Volvo Xc60 from CIA Autoplex. There could not have been a better sale person than Justin Loveless, we call and texted many times prior to my arrival to test drive and make the final deal. He was very informative about the vehicle and anything I needed to know. I highly recommend Justin when considering a newer vehicle.
CIA is by far the best and easiest dealership I think I have ever done business with. Our Sales person “Memory” was phenomenal, I made the call when I found the Jeep and it was on from there. She was very patient and went the extra making making sure when we arrived to pick up the Jeep everything was done . She is by far the best I’ve met yet. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Teddy was very sweet and helpful. He was also very patient which was greatly appreciated. Everyone else was very sweet and helpful as can be .
